SCRIPT ANALYSIS: As a script analysis company, Hollywood Scripts analyzes your script for its flow, character development, storyline, plot and a myriad of other items. After reading your script thoroughly, we create a written script analysis AND written script coverage! Step one: After initially sending HOLLYWOOD SCRIPTS your script, we read it thoroughly and highlight every item that needs attention. If we receive a script that is obviously formatted incorrectly, has misspellings or incorrect word usage, we’ll walk you through that stage first. Step two: Once the first step is completed, we then analyze your script for character arc and development, character depth, story plot, flow, setting, exposition, storyline, pace and other important elements. HOLLYWOOD SCRIPTS provides a MAJOR analysis of your script, not just a gloss-over. Step three: After you have reviewed our initial script analysis, you make the necessary changes and then return the script to Hollywood Scripts. Step four: We reread the script and then write "coverage"
on your script. The coverage will include remarks on the concept's originality
and potential; story emotion, tension, pacing, set-up, conflict, resolution,
sub-plots and hook; structure transitions, scene and dialogue/action ratios;
character -- protag's goal, protag's arc, dialogue, originality, depth
and consistency; style of voice, grammar and formatting; overall impressions
of marketability, believability and a recommendation of "consider"
or "pass". We don’t write the script for you; we simply guide you through the essential steps needed to ensure you have the highest quality script possible that you can produce. Fees for script analysis: ADDITIONAL FEES: (optional) We strive to ensure our clients are not charged over the initial $150.00 script analysis and script coverage fee; however, some clients want us to provide additional services and consultation with them. For those additional services, here is a list of our fees. Rereads: (In the beginning, if we send your script back to you for obvious formatting corrections, misspellings and/or incorrect word usage corrections -- before we dive into our script analysis -- we do not count that against you as a reread.)
