1) Provide the following information:

2) Envelope for return of script:

Send a self-addressed envelope with proper postage for the return of your script.

3) Include payment:

Payment can be made via personal check, cash, money order, cashier’s check, Pay Pal (Pay Pal allows you to make payments via credit cards, bank debit cards, etc. Go to paypal.com to learn more.) Note: All checks must be made payable to MARK HENDERSON (HOLLYWOOD SCRIPTS is a sole-proprietorship, all checks made payable to Hollywood Scripts will be returned.)

4) When sending your script, check the following:

-- Screenplay is included in the mailing package
-- Contact information is provided
-- Payment is made out to MARK HENDERSON only
-- Self-addressed envelope with adequate postage is included
